Delivery and Returns

Order Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail's First or Second class postal service or alternatively Special Delivery which is guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive "next-day" before 1pm.

All sweets are weighed on digital catering scales. They are put into polythene bags or cones these are then securely packed in boxes.

All baskets for candy bouquets or gifts are carefully wrapped and boxed for safe delivery.

This may change for time to time to ensure that the packaging is appropriate for the purpose of the purchase.

Pricing

Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on the weight of the items in your basket.

The structure is as follows:

Please note that an extra delivery charge may be applicable for any alternative delivery method you request which is not listed above. A 50p handling fee will be added to the above prices to cover the packaging of your items.

Please contact us for a postage quote if your order total is heavier than that stated above.

Returns and Refunds

We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible. Please contact us directly to arrange a return.
